Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
To initiate a return, please call us at a placeholder number, 713-588-9086, to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order furniture
- Assembled or used furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify COI within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. It is important to inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any damage within this timeframe.
Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery
Most of our in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order.
Large & Freight Items
Larger furniture items are shipped via freight carriers and are delivered curbside. This means the delivery driver will bring the items to the curb at the end of your driveway. You will be responsible for moving the items from the curb to your home or office.
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any damage to COI within 48 hours. This will ensure that we can address any issues with the shipping carrier in a timely manner.
